The purpose of this website is to create a better sense of community by improving communication between your elected board members and you, the homeowners. Board members of our homeowners association are homeowners just like you. They have been elected by you, to represent the needs of our community. Board members serve as a team in representing homeowners with the decision making process surrounding matters which affect you, the homeowner. Board Members meet on a monthly basis.
Homeowners are invited to attend the “Open Homeowners Forum” which takes place at the onset of each meeting. This forum is designed to give homeowners an opportunity to present questions and address concerns of the homeowner for review by the board. Homeowners are given five minutes each to present their questions and address concerns. At the close of the open forum the meeting is closed to homeowners to allow the Board to discuss business matters without violating the privacy of our fellow owners.
Board meetings are held on the first Thursday of each month, excluding January, at 6:00 p.m. The meeting location is posted in the agenda each month. Please contact management to be added to the email agenda distribution list.
